Welcome to Crzent (https://www.crzent.io). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Crzent website, browser extensions, software applications, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. About Us
Crzent provides software consultancy, web development, SEO tools, browser extensions, and related technology services. These Terms govern your use of our website, browser extensions, SaaS products, and any interactions or submissions made through them.

2. Definitions
"Services" refers to the Crzent website (https://www.crzent.io), all browser extensions published by Crzent (including but not limited to extensions available on the Chrome Web Store, Firefox Add-ons, Microsoft Edge Add-ons, and Safari Extensions), SaaS products, APIs, and any related tools or applications.
"Extension(s)" refers to any browser extension, add-on, or plugin developed and published by Crzent for use with web browsers including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari, and others.
"User," "you," and "your" refer to any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.
"Content" refers to all text, data, images, graphics, code, and other materials available through the Services.
"Subscription" refers to any paid plan or recurring payment arrangement for access to premium features of the Services.

3. Use of the Services
By using any of our Services, including browser extensions, you agree to:

- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Not engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or places an unreasonable burden on the Services or their infrastructure
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other users' accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Services
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Extension or software
- Not use the Services to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Services without our express written permission
- Not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Services or any part thereof
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

4. Browser Extensions
4.1 License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our Extensions for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

4.2 Permissions
Our Extensions may request browser permissions to function properly. These permissions are used solely to provide the functionality described in each Extension's listing. By installing an Extension, you consent to the permissions requested at the time of installation.

4.3 Data Collection by Extensions
Our Extensions may collect certain data as described in each Extension's privacy disclosure on the relevant extension store. This data collection is governed by our Privacy Policy (https://www.crzent.io/privacy-policy). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4.4 Updates
Extensions may be updated automatically to provide new features, fix bugs, or address security issues. By installing an Extension, you consent to receive automatic updates.

4.5 Removal
You may remove any Extension at any time through your browser's extension management settings. Removal of an Extension does not automatically cancel any associated subscriptions—you must cancel subscriptions separately.

5. Account Registration
5.1 To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure.

5.2 You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@crzent.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

5.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Subscriptions & Payments
6.1 Certain Services are available on a subscription basis. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and features are described on the relevant pricing page.

6.2 Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

6.3 Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

6.4 Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact info@crzent.io for refund requests.

6.5 We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

7. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect:

Personal Data: Name, email address, and payment information (via account registration, forms, and payment processing)
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Services, including browser extensions
Non-Personal Data: Cookies and similar technologies used for improving user experience and service performance

8. Intellectual Property

8.3 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Services may be used by Crzent without obligation to you.

9.2 Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRZENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CRZENT'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO CRZENT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crzent and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination
13.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

13.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification).

14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify users via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Crzent regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
